News

Can you help us identify these children?

We would love to learn who these young folks are. This picture (click to enlarge) was taken on Red Cross Day sometime in the 40’s or early 50’s. It was taken on the lawn of the Baptist Church. There may have been a parade, as there appears to be a float in the background to the right of the young man, as well as a decorated golf cart behind the young pair. Please call 315-696-4681 with any information; or send us a message via the website HERE.

2021-2023 Telephone Directory

The 2021 LaFayette, Fabius & Tully Telephone Directory has gone to the printer so there will no further changes possible in the new directory.
If you find mistakes in your listing or wish to update it for next time, please contact us at 315-696-4681 or by email at: admin@tullyhistoricalsociety.org.

"Fix the Station" Donations Requested

We are asking for donations to replace the roof, floor, subfloor & joists of the Tully Train Depot. The historical society administers use of this building & makes it available for events to the public for a fee. Although grants are being pursued, public donations of any amount are needed. Click HERE to go to our online store to make a credit card donation. You may also send a check or money order via the US Mail to TAHS, PO Box 22, Tully, NY 13159.

Need a place for your events?

We are not currently renting out the depot because of COVID restrictions & needed repairs.

You can view our webpage with a history of the depot, a slideshow of the interior & what our rental rates will be when it's reopened by clicking HERE.

Goodbye, Old Friend

Eleanor L. Preston was President of the TAHS for almost 25 years. During that time she was able to obtain a Charter for the society from the NYS Education Dept. Board of Regents and was an endless fountain of local history and creative ideas. More...
